  19. It is definately flashable.  The original model had a flashable DSP, but
  20. new models have the DSP set in ROM. It is still "flashable"

  26. Motorola's current stance is that it will not be upgraded.  This does not
  27. mean they won't change their mind (this was the stance USR had concerning
  28. the Sportster as well), and as of my last email with them, they have no
  29. plans for hardware exchange program.

  35. After all this, I'd like to point out that my Power consistently
  36. outperformed the v.34+ Couriers we had w/o a v.34+ upgrade.  Im happy with
  37. it, and while Id like to see v.34+, I wont regret buying my Power.  Just
  38. dont do it in anticipation of a v.34+ upgrade.
